At the Ca’ d’Oro residence in Cavallino, we rent newly renovated two-bedroom apartments with every comfort during the winter season (from October 1st to April 30th), featuring a living room with kitchenette (with natural gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher), a windowed bathroom with shower and toilet, terraces on the first floor and a garden on the ground floor.

Summary of apartment costs:

• Monthly rent: €750.00;
• Agency intermediary fees: € 150.00 one-time payment;
• Contract drafting and registration fees: to be calculated based on the rental period;
• Security deposit: equivalent to three months’ rent;
• Water, electricity, and gas consumption: based on actual consumption with initial and final meter readings;
• Tari (waste collection): according to Veritas costs, and for the occupation period;
• Fiber internet (if requested);
• Condominium expenses: charged to the property;
• IMU (property tax): to be paid by the property owner.

No pets allowed.
