Born on July 24th, 1983, since January 1st, 2018, he has been the owner of Leotours Immobiliare, taking over leadership from his father, Doriano. He grew professionally in the family agency as a corporate collaborator in the organization of the travel sector. In 2014, he became a partner, thus being able to put his coordination skills into practice in the field of real estate rentals, until he successfully moved on to managing the real estate sales sector, demonstrating remarkable abilities. As a result of these achievements, since January 2018, he has been a consultant for Unicredit Subito Casa for the municipal area of Cavallino-Treporti. In this latter role, in October 2018, he was awarded by Unicredit Subito Casa as the second-best real estate intermediary in Italy for the number of sales transactions completed during the year.
Having obtained a diploma in Accounting in October 1971, he took the exams at the Chamber of Commerce of Venice, where he was registered in the Register of Real Estate Agents since May 26, 1976. After a couple of years as an employee, he acquired the Leotours agency and began his work experience in the tourism-real estate sector. In January 2018, he passed the baton to his son Marco, but remained active in the agency.
Thanks to his acquired experience, he particularly handles large-scale real estate operations, with a particular focus on hotel structures on the beaches of the upper Adriatic.
As a partner of Unicredit Subito Casa, a real estate brokerage company of Unicredit Bank, he benefits from the valuable collaboration of all the Real Estate Consultants distributed throughout the national territory, who undoubtedly represent a qualified component for any prestigious property.
From the beginning, she has been by Doriano’s side and moved from Venice to the mainland at a young age.
She has always been in charge of accounting and in fact managed the exchange office for a long time.
A point of reference for tourists who have been renting their holiday homes in Cavallino for years, she now mainly takes care of administration.
Born and raised in Cavallino-Treporti, where she was attracted to the foreign languages spoken by tourists who flock to our beaches during the summer. She pursued her studies accordingly, first attending a language-focused high school and then obtaining a bachelor’s degree in English and German from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice.
As a support figure for the front and back office at Leotours, she handles programming, booking, and customer reception.
Born in San Donà, he discovered and fell in love with Cavallino-Treporti at the age of 16 during his first summer job. During his university years, he entered the restaurant business and successfully managed a number of restaurants on the beach. In 2020, a year of profound changes, he decided to make a radical change in his life and joined the Leotours team, working with dedication and passion in the real estate sector, always putting people first.
From 2024, after having successfully completed a rigorous training course and passed the certification exam, he is now officially an estate agent.
